Landlordspace exists to make finding, listing, renting and buying property simple, transparent and trustworthy, so that owners, property seekers and tenants can make confident choices while we carry the hustle and the stress.

Our mission

Property decisions are among the most important people make, yet the process is often slow, confusing and risky: fake listings, hidden fees, disappearing agents, endless phone calls and unclear paperwork. We built Landlordspace to change that by bringing buyers, tenants, landlords, owners, agents, developers and companies into one place that is organised, honest and built around trust.

How it works

Create a free account as a finder, tenant, owner, landlord, agent, developer or company.
Search or list. Finders search by place, price and features; owners publish a listing and can submit ownership documents for verification.
Connect safely. Chat in the app, request contact details and schedule an inspection.
Inspect and verify. View the property, check documents with your own professionals.
Close the deal directly with the other party. Landlords can then track rent, remind tenants and issue receipts here.

An honest note on what we do and don’t do

We believe trust is built on honesty. Landlordspace is a marketplace and technology platform. We verify documents and moderate content to a high standard, but we are not the owner, agent, lawyer or escrow of any deal, and a Verified badge is not a legal guarantee of title. We do not hold your money. Deals are agreed directly between users. This is why we ask everyone to inspect in person, use professionals for legal checks and follow our Safety Tips.
