A 50% deposit secures your crew and truck when you sign. You pay the balance when the work is complete and you are satisfied.
Decline the quote, change dates with 48 hours notice, or cancel. The terms spell out what happens in each case.
A relocation officer is assigned to you and keeps you updated by notification and email.
Common questions
Does it cost anything to send a request?
No. Requesting and viewing homes is free. You only pay for the jobs you agree to in your quote.
Do I have to use all the services?
No. Pick only what you need. You can ask for just viewings, just the truck, or the full package, and remove items from the quote before you agree.
Who pays the rent for the new home?
Rent and the landlord's conditions are between you and the landlord. Our agreement covers only the preparation and moving jobs.
What if I don't like any of the homes?
Tell us what to change and we will search again. You can also add a listing you found yourself and we will include it in the shortlist.
How long does it take?
We aim to send your first matches quickly. Work dates and moving day are agreed with you, around your move-in date.
