How reminders and extensions work
When emails go out and how to extend.
Reminders go out to the tenant at the lead time you set (30 days by default), 7 days before, on the due date and every 3 days while overdue. You get a landlord heads-up too. Use Extend deadline on a tenant to push the due date and stop overdue reminders. You can also send a reminder or a WhatsApp message by hand.
