Who is behind the listing
Owners, agents and companies submit identity and business documents. Our team reviews them before the Verified badge is shown.
Property documents
Owners can request a registry and document check. A numbered legal report is issued and can be verified by anyone with the number.
Exact location
Listings carry an exact map pin with Map and Satellite views, so you can see the real spot before you travel.
Report anything suspicious
Every listing has a Report button for suspected scams and fake listings. Our team reviews each report.
What you should still do
A Verified badge shows we reviewed the documents. It is not a legal guarantee of title, and Landlordspaces is not the owner, agent or lawyer of any deal. We hold money only for protected deposits paid through the platform; any payment made outside it is not held or guaranteed by us.
